0) Quora
You answer questions from other users or help others find answers all while earning some cash in return. All answers go through strict quality control before submission.
When you answer questions, you either earn points or a small amount of cash. Nevertheless, the cash you make is just a nice bonus. The real benefit of Quora is that it allows your expertise to be seen by millions. And it’s completely free!
1) Textbroker (search for jobs)
2) Swagbucks (earn points, exchange for prizes, cash in the points at Paypal or Amazon). I have been using Swagbucks for years and it has never let me down. The pay is low but it’s easy and fun to rack up those points
3) OneHourTranslation Jobs (get paid per video minute translated)
Need some practice on your translation skills? Check out this site to get the hang of things. *Tip: Always check the “What type of work is this job” before accepting a job. 4) You can also get paid for user testing (watch videos and give feedback)
Striking out on your own means you have to generate your own leads and build a sales funnel from scratch. It takes time and effort but it can be done. Operating as an independent contractor puts you in control of all aspects of your business, which is both its biggest advantage and drawback. On the one hand, you decide what clients to take on and what projects to accept. You can work with your own clients or find new ones through your website and as an independent contractor, you can set your own rate. If you’re a small shop, the benefits are fairly straightforward: you get to keep a bigger chunk of your earnings. On the other hand, there are more barriers to entering this market and staying competitive.
Should I try this method?
Yes, if you have a few hours per week to spare and like working with people one on one — be sure you are targeting leads that actually need help with their marketing strategy or building their email list. This is not for someone who wants passive income.
4) Cryptocurrency mining:
You don’t actually have to do any of the mining yourself. There are plenty of ways to earn money by investing, trading and speculating. There are even ways to invest in cryptocurrency mining companies with your spare change.
5) Flipping items on eBay:
this is a great way to make some money online. You wouldn’t believe how many people sell stuff on eBay for under what the item is really worth (I’m not talking about just one or two dollars either). I’ve found that people rarely check the sale price of an item online before putting it up for auction. You can easily and quickly buy items at a lower price than it’s being sold for and sell them at a profit. with platforms like ebay, you can even set your own rates. There are always going to be some skeezy individuals who try to say “this isn’t allowed” but you can ignore them because you’re not doing anything illegal. However, once you’ve done this for a month or two you should expect to be targeted and have your listings removed. This is why it’s good to have a lot of different accounts. You can also check out garage sales/thrift stores etc to get your inventory. If you’re going to sell on eBay, make sure you know what the value of the item is before selling it. It will save you money in the long run if you don’t sell items that are not at least close in price to their actual value.
6) Trading stocks:
Trading stocks is a lot like selling items on eBay. You can start with just a few dollars and try to build your way up. There are lots of risks involved in this type of investing so you should do your homework before investing. You can get some great deals but if you invest too much you could lose everything. This is not for the average person looking to make money online. You have to be willing to learn the game, study up on trading terms and never invest more than you can afford to lose.
7) Investing in crypto:
You don’t necessarily need money for this one (except for the initial investment of buying your first Bitcoin or Etherium). If you have a computer, an internet connection and enough time, you can get paid for your computing power.
8) Earn money by completing online surveys:
Surveys are a great way to make some extra cash. There are many survey companies out there that will pay you for your time. I used to be a member of each of these sites but have since stopped taking surveys because they were messing with my head (and I realized how much time I had wasted). If you’d like to try this method then take a look at each site and see which one works best for you.
9) Sell your unwanted stuff online:
There are plenty of sites that will buy your stuff. I made a lot of money selling my old video games and electronics on there. If you are into video games (like I am) then check out GameStop’s buy-sell-trade program, which allows you to trade in your used games and consoles for cash or store credit. You might be surprised how much money you could make.
10) Handmade products:
If you’re into crafts, you can sell your handmade products online. You may have to do some research to find the perfect market (and/or store) for your items but it could be worth it. Selling handmade items is a bit more exciting than selling other things because you can truly stand behind the quality of your work.
11) Create a mobile app:
Mobile apps are huge right now. The world is running around with smartphones so why not take advantage of that? There are several platforms out there where you can make money from mobile apps. There are also several different methods that you can use to monetize your mobile app. After you have your mobile app, you can sell it or use it to earn money. Either way, it’s a great way to make some extra cash.
12) Create an online course:
There are a few different courses out there devoted to making money with eCommerce. They teach different skill levels so I would recommend shopping around before deciding which course is right for you. This could be a great way to make extra money if you already have some basic knowledge about the subject and/or running an online business. You can even use your own expertise if you’re comfortable promoting yourself and your business online.
13) Create free content and sell ads:
You can make money online by creating free content that is supported by ads. There are many sites that offer this opportunity, but Google’s YouTube is the most popular. Some people have been able to earn a full-time income from creating videos and posting them on YouTube. If you enjoy watching videos, why not try to make some yourself? If you’re interested in trying this method then check out the YouTube Money Calculator to see how much you could be making from your videos.
14) Promote other peoples products:
You don’t always have to create your own products if you want to make money online (but it helps if you know what you’re doing). You can promote the products of other people and make a commission for it. This is a great way to get your own business started while you’re learning how to make money online. I would recommend picking something that you believe in and are passionate about. This will help a lot when you’re trying to advertise it.
15) Decide which of the above methods works best for you:
Maybe one of these methods isn’t right for you. If that’s the case, then look at them as guides. There are plenty of different ways to make money so take a look at each option and see which one you feel is best suited for you.
